How to change your Twitter password while logged in
- From the navigation menu icon, touch Settings & privacy.

- Enter your current password.
- Choose your new password.
- Confirm Password.
- Save your changes by tapping Save.
Note: If you are able to log in but do not remember your password, an email to reset your password can be sent from the password setup page. Additionally, all of your active Twitter sessions will be logged out, except the one you use to change your password.

- From the login page at twitter.com, mobile.twitter.com, or the Twitter app for iOS or Android, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address, phone number, or Twitter username.

Recover Twitter Account Password via SMS
If you have added your phone number to your account in your mobile device settings, you can receive a password reset via SMS / text message.
Forgotten password? page, enter your phone number, email address, or Twitter username.
- Enter your phone number and click Search.
- A text message with a code will be displayed to my phone ending in [XX]. Click Continue.
- Twitter will send you a text message with a code that will be valid for 60 minutes.
- Enter this code in the text field on the password reset page and click Submit.
- You will then be asked to choose a new password.
Note: Resetting your password will disconnect you from all your active Twitter sessions. Also, SMS password reset is not available for accounts that are enrolled in login verification. You can only reset your password by email.

How to recover a Twitter password?
There are different methods to solve this problem, and you need to look at those methods:
Recover Twitter Password By Website:
- Tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner and choose “Settings.”
You need to click on the “Password” tab from the menu located on the left side of the “Settings” page. - You need to enter the current password. To change the password, you need to enter the password you currently use. If you don’t have your password, you should look for the “Reset a lost password” section below.
- You need to enter the new password you want to use. You need to enter it twice for confirmation.
- Touch the “Save Changes” option to save the new password. It will instantly apply the new password to your Twitter account.
- You must log in again on your other devices. After changing the password, you will be automatically logged out of Twitter on the devices from which you have logged into your Twitter account. Entering the new password is required to log in.

- The individual must click the “Menu” button and choose “Settings.”
